Graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine in 1991.

He worked in the Family Planning Clinic of Şişli Etfal Hospital between the years 1991-1992.

Dr. Aygün specialized at Istanbul Zeynep Kamil Gynecology and Child Diseases Training and Research Hospital between 1993-1997 and became Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist. -

Between 1998 and 2012, he worked at the Suleymaniye Obstetrics and Gynecology Education and Research Hospital in Istanbul.

In 2011, he received his minor specialization in Perinatology.

He worked part-time as a consultant physician in Perinatology at Private Doğan Hospital and Private Rumeli Hospital between 2012-2019. 

Dr.Aygün is a member of the Turkish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics (TJOD), the Perinatology Society, the International Society of Obstetrics and Gynecological Ultrasonography (ISUOG).

Dr.Aygün speaks English well.

Started to accept patients as Perinatology Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Turkiye Hospital since September 2019.
