About Us
The Türkiye Hospital has been introduced to the healthcare sector as a concrete reflection of the İhlas Group's approach to social responsibility, and is the result of a long-standing vision. Located in Şişli, in the centre of Istanbul, the hospital sits at the intersection of the city's trade, culture, and health axes.
One of Turkiye's leading private healthcare institutions, Türkiye Hospital was established in 1991 under the leadership of İhlas Holding. Spread over approximately 18 acres of land, the complex blends historical elegance with contemporary, health-oriented architecture, offering patients a peaceful environment with lush green gardens.
The hospital has adopted the principle of providing healthcare services in the most accurate, effective and accessible way possible, and continues its activities with a human-centred approach. Providing services in the vital field of healthcare, the hospital considers patient satisfaction to be an integral part of the process, as well as a result, and takes into account the special needs of each individual.
Health services are structured in full compliance with current medical protocols and international health standards and are provided in a modern, comfortable environment where patients feel safe and at peace.

All health services are supported by constantly developing technologies and the most up-to-date treatment methods.
As the first full-fledged eye centre in Turkey, Türkiye Hospital maintains its pioneering position in the sector, particularly with its Eye and Retina Department. This department made history as one of the centres where laser surgeries were first performed.
The Retina Department is renowned for its early diagnosis and preventive treatment methods, achieving great success in both medical and surgical retina procedures. A wide range of services are offered in the treatment of eye diseases, from cataract surgery and refractive errors to strabismus treatment and retinal diseases. In addition, the hospital is continuously expanding its infrastructure and expertise in many branches, including brain and neurosurgery, paediatrics, gastroenterology, gynaecology and obstetrics, cardiology, radiology and urology. It strengthens its healthcare services by adding new specialists and academic staff to its departments every day.
‘LIKE HOME’ CARE APPROACH
Instead of traditional approaches to healthcare services, Türkiye Hospital offers a patient-oriented, boutique hospital model with individualised services. This approach aims to support patients both medically and emotionally, offering tailor-made solutions to each patient's needs.
- By prioritising patient comfort, the rooms are designed in accordance with treatment processes, taking every patient need into consideration. In addition, special health counselling services keep patients informed at every stage of their treatment and ensure they receive the best possible care.
- With a small yet effective operational structure, the hospital offers each patient a high level of attention and carries out treatment processes quickly and efficiently.
- With the ‘Like Home’ concept, specially designed resting areas have been created to make patients feel comfortable and peaceful, as if they were at home. These areas help patients to maintain their morale during treatment and recover faster.
